Mark Ernestus, one of the popes of minimal electro and Berlin techno dub (Rhythm and Sound, Basic Channel) has long been fascinated by the Senegalese mbalax. Ndagga is the fruit of a North-South / Berlin- Dakar collaboration where young Senegalese musicians lend themselves to musical hybridization game.
