Take Care of Yourself is a risk-based solo performance. A challenge against oneself, transmitted to the audience in a simple, frontal and generous way. A voluntary submission to danger, like a way of feeling alive in the depths of one's flesh.

On stage lie a bottle of whiskey, fifteen shot glasses, knives, dumplings of paper and rat traps. The artist engages in childish games first, then continues acrobatics in risky situations, while retaining the seriousness of an employee of office.

Marc Oosterhoff gives us here thirty minutes of vibrant performance combining stunts and challenges, halfway between circus and dance.
